Shipping
We offer free express shipping and door-to-door service. All standard orders are shipped and delivered within 1-3 business days. Everything in stock will be shipped the following day after the order has been made. Customized accessories takes up to 3 days and customized iPhones takes up to 7 days, after your approval of the design.
Warranty & Returns
Warranty
One year warranty applies to all our products, from the date of purchase. The warranty includes software, hardware and normal intended use. It does not include any wear and tear that you have caused.
Returns
Our return policy lasts for two weeks. When 14 days have past after your purchase has been done, we can’t offer a refund or exchange. To be able to make a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, and in the original packaging. Customized products are exempt from being returned.
Customization
Type in your design preferences and wishes at checkout. Our customer service will contact you with the information you need. Subsequently, a design proposal will be sent to you, for your approval.
